Cancellation & Lateness Policy

Our Commitment to Your Time

At Recovery Studio Beverly Hills, we are dedicated to providing a focused, uninterrupted therapeutic experience for every client. To ensure we can honor this commitment for all, we have established the following policy.

Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment. This allows us to offer the time to other clients on our waitlist.

  • Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with more than 24 hours' notice will not be charged

  • Late Cancellations: Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee

  • No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without any notification will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee

Late Arrival Policy


Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to end at the originally scheduled time to avoid delaying the next client's session. The full service fee will apply.

How to Cancel or Reschedule


You can cancel or reschedule your appointment easily by

  • Using the link in your confirmation email

  • Emailing us directly at hello@recoverystudiobh.com

Membership Cancellations


  • Monthly Memberships: Cancel anytime by email before the 1st of the month

  • Elite Annual Membership: Early cancellation recalculates used sessions at $170/session (60 min) / $255/session (90 min)

  • Unused Sessions: Carry over up to 2 months or convert to gift cards

  • All cancellations: Email required for processing

We understand that unforeseen circumstances occur and will always assess fees with fairness and discretion, especially in cases of true emergency. Thank you for your understanding and for valuing our time as we value yours.
