Standard Digital Voucher: Free
By Email: Email vouchers are dispatched immediately after purchase. The gift voucher is attached as a PDF and sent separately to an email confirming your order.
To guarantee delivery, please ensure your email provider
accepts messages from our delivery system.
Terms & Conditions
Redemption: Gift cards are redeemable for services at Recovery Studio Beverly Hills. Fixed amount cards can be used toward any service, packages, or memberships.
Validity: Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Cancellation: Our standard 24-hour cancellation policy applies.
Non-Refundable: Gift cards cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
Lost or Stolen Cards: As a digital product, we recommend keeping your voucher email in a safe place. However, if your gift card is lost, please contact us immediately at hello@recoverystudiobh.com with your order confirmation number. We may be able to assist in recovering the voucher details.
Balance: Any remaining balance after redemption is forfeited; no cash back.
Presentation: The gift voucher must be presented upon arrival when redeeming the experience. The recipient will be required to provide a valid ID and complete a client intake form.
Redemption Timing: Cannot be redeemed until at least 24 hours after the purchase date.
